Age Requirements: This Site is intended solely for users who are at least sixteen (16) years of age or older.
No Client Relationship: The information provided on this Site is for informational and portfolio display purposes only. Using our Mad-Libs contact form, submitting a design request, or downloading materials from this Site does not establish a formal client-agency relationship. A binding client relationship is only formed when both parties execute a separate, signed Creative Services Agreement.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Our Content: Unless otherwise noted, the Site and all its contents—including but not limited to the PAI DESIGN LLC logo, custom code, Framer layouts, typography setups, copywriting, original graphics, mockups, and case studies—are the permanent property of PAI DESIGN LLC and are protected by United States copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Limited License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, redistribute, or modify any visual assets or text from this Site without our express, written permission.
3. User Conduct & Form Submissions
When using our interactive intake forms or reaching out via our contact portals, you agree not to:
Input false, inaccurate, or intentionally misleading information (including fake names, dummy business entities, or spoofed email addresses).
Use the forms to transmit spam, unsolicited marketing material, chain letters, or commercial solicitations.
Submit any material that contains software viruses, malware, or malicious code designed to interrupt or damage the functionality of our website infrastructure.
